Baby & Toddler Dance Classes
Our classes are designed specifically for babies & toddlers to enjoy with their grown-ups. Classes take place in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment. We go on imagination adventures using music and props to stimulate movements which form the basics of classical ballet and tap dance.
The content and duration of each class is tailored to children from when they first start walking and right through preschool, around 1-3 years. All our dancers get the opportunity to graduate into our senior school DN Dance.

Dance Classes
Little Waddlers from walking
Our little waddlers is a 40-minute class is for toddlers who are up on their feet and keen to explore the world together with their grown-up. From 12 months us usually about right.
In this fun and creative class, Della Duck takes her little ducklings on an imagination adventure to meet Ralphie Ram. We use props and music to stimulate movement and develop coordination, balance and rhythm.
Dancing DucklingsWithout Grown-ups
Dancin’ Ducklings is a 60-minute ballet & tap class for our ducklings who are ready to fly the nest independently of their grown-up.
This transitional class starts our Younger Years Dance Programme at DN Dance and introduces young dancers to ballet, tap and jazz dance steps in preparation for graduating into our senior school, DN Dance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I attend a make-up class if I miss one?
We’re happy to help where we can and will be pleased to arrange a make-up class at one of our other venues on another day if space allows.
Just log in to your online account via our Customer Portal, or give us a call and we’ll book you in, subject to availability.
What should my little one wear?
After your taster sessions in Waddlers you will be handed a DN Babies t-shirt which can be teamed with a comfortable bottom half and bare feet.
There is a uniform for Solo Flyers, info will be sent out after your taster sessions.
Can I bring my buggy into the venue?
Of course! Each venue is accessible, and we’ll have a buggy park area ready inside the studio space for use while the class is taking place.
