EMD UK is the national governing body for group excercise. Sling Strong baby wearing postnatal fitness classes are fully approved by EMD UK. All our instructors are qualified in safe sling wearing and our class conent has been certified as safe by ‘Sling Smart‘. You are in good hands with us.
Postnatal Fitness Safety Questionnaire
Before attending your first Sling Strong fitness class you must complete the questionnaire below. It has been constructed in collaboration with healthcare professionals and is a mandatory requirement for insurance purposes. Upon completing the questionnaire you will be redirected to the online booking page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a sling provided?
If you do not already own one, you should purchase a sling before coming to your first class.
It’s important that you feel confident and comfortable wearing a sling with baby.

What should I wear?
You don’t need any special uniforms or footwear for Sling Strong. Your normal gym gear and trainers will suffice.
Clothing for class should be comfortable, form fitting and should promote ease of movement.
Footware should be flexible, cushioned, with good grip.
Can I bring my buggy ?
Of course! Each venue is accessible.
We’ll have a buggy park area ready at the studio space for you to use while the class is taking place.
